CNMEDITECH Emergency medical mobile vehicle is the core component of modern medical rescue. A surgical medical vehicle, also known as a surgical van or a mobile surgical unit, is a specialized vehicle equipped with all the necessary equipment and supplies to perform surgical procedures in a mobile setting.
The surgical medical vehicle, in the form of a tractor semi-trailer, has a large ground clearance and a small turning radius, allowing the vehicle to travel to remote villages and poor road conditions to provide travelling medical services to remote areas.
The mobile surgical vehicle is assembled from a tractor-car and a van-type semi-trailer, in addition to other related medical product facilities, which I will introduce to you in detail.

Part 2 Container Part

Large plate square compartment body, width 2.5m, height 2.4m, mounted on a 12m length 3 axle flatbed semi-trailer.
Steel skeleton 40*40mm main frame steel, aluminium sheet skin thickness 1.5mm, filled with high density insulation composite material in the middle;external aluminium sheet and steel skeleton are pressed together by means of a large plate vacuum press.
The compartment is watertight on both sides, increasing the space for surgery and work inside the vehicle and maximising the use of space; at the same time meeting the confinement requirements, significantly increasing the probability of successful resuscitation and reducing the rate of disability and death.
The mobile operating theatre vehicle is suitable for use in a wide range of environments. The mobile operating theatre is fully automatic and can be operated when the vehicle is parked and put away when the vehicle is moved.
System And Layout Configuration

Water system
The mobile unit is equipped with a hand washing device, which integrates the water intake, drainage, piping and heating devices.
The water from the water purification bucket is transported to the tap by a self-priming pump, and the waste water is discharged into the sewage bucket through the drainage pipe.
A 30m water inlet hose is provided to connect the water supply connector between the water storage and the mobile unit.
Medical fluid system
A medical fluid network in compliance with the standards in force will be installed in the mobile unit, the installation must take into account the mobility of the cabin,the operating room with 4 oxygen outlets, 2 nitrogen oxide outlets.
Purification system
A vehicle-mounted air conditioning purification system is equipped in the surgical area to achieve horizontal one-way airflow movement in the surgical area.
At the same time, according to the space arrangement, equipped with high power fresh air and pressure system. The cleanliness of the surgical room can reach the standard of class 10,000 to 100,000 and above.
Electrical system
Internal electrical network with central three-phase sector sockets, vehicle supplied with 30 meter extension cords that can be connected to an electrical panel.
