How to use
1. Extension calls the host: Press the vertical call button on the bedside of a ward call system extension. The “call through indicator” light on the extension lights up and the host emits a music ringing sound. The light flashes on the corresponding card in the patient list, and the extension is also accompanied by a music ringing sound. The extension number is displayed on the digital display window. During the music ringing, the nurse can talk to the patient by picking up the main phone. When the call ends, hang up the main phone and the system returns to standby mode. If the nurse does not pick up the main phone until the ringing ends, the host will store the extension number. If you want to talk to the extension again, you need to press the host to call the extension operation.
2. Host calls extension: Pick up the host phone and press the small button corresponding to the bed you want to call or type the two-digit extension number on the host phone (01-09 for numbers 1-9). The called extension will emit a “beep” prompt tone to indicate that it has been connected. If the extension you dial does not exist, the handset will emit a “beep, beep, beep, beep-” sound as a prompt, and then the dial tone will be given again, and you can dial again.
3. Call storage and clearing: When an extension calls the host and no one handles the host, the host will store the extension number, up to 9 can be stored. The “call through indication” light on the stored extension is on. The corresponding indicator light on the list flashes, and the digital display window and the corridor display screen display the stored content in turn. The first digit is the storage order, the larger the number, the earlier it is stored; the last two digits are the extension number. There are several ways to clear the stored content: first, press the corresponding button on the list in standby mode; second, press the clear button on the extension; third, the host can dial the extension and talk to it.
4. Nursing level setting: Press the special care setting button in standby mode, the corresponding indicator light up to indicate that the setting state has been entered, press the special care setting button again, the corresponding indicator light goes out, the system enters standby mode, and the bed you set is permanently saved (not lost in power outages). Until you reset it next time. If there is no new key within 1 minute after keying in once, the host will save the existing settings and return to standby mode.
5. Microphone broadcast: Pick up the main phone and press the “microphone broadcast” button (or key in “77” on the main phone), the corresponding indicator light up, and the digital window displays “77”. It is mainly used for notifications, finding people, etc. Hang up to restore standby mode.
6. Education broadcast: Press the “education broadcast” button in standby mode, the corresponding indicator light up to enter the education broadcast state. Plug a signal source such as a recorder into the socket on the back of the host, and adjust the volume of the recorder to use it for propaganda and education broadcasting. At this time, if there is an extension call, the host will emit a “beep” prompt tone, and the corresponding bed indicator light will flash. To talk to the extension, pick up the main phone. At this time, the broadcast is interrupted. Follow the steps of the host calling the extension. After the call is over, hang up and the system returns to the broadcast state. To exit the broadcast state, press the “Propaganda Broadcast” button again. The corresponding indicator light goes out to exit the broadcast state. Press the clear button on the broadcaster in the broadcast state to interrupt the broadcast; press it again to resume the broadcast.
7.Senior priority: If a low-level patient is talking and another senior patient calls, the host will automatically connect to the senior patient and the indicator light will turn on.
