Sterile storage area: The sterile area must be completely separated from the first two areas. Items that have been disinfected in the clean area are placed in the area. There is a transfer window between the area and the treatment area. Medical staff must pass through this window when taking items. Transfer to prevent items from entering the contaminated area in the reverse direction after disinfection. The bottom floor of low storage cabinets in this area shall be no less than 750px from the ground. In addition, if the clinic space is tight, storage cabinets can also be used as storage areas, and a window or door can be opened as another instrument outlet. Storage areas can have solid walls or can be open.
Disinfection room pipeline design considerations
Since some disinfection equipment or peripheral equipment requires a steam or water source, pipeline discharge must be considered. The sterilizer needs to discharge wastewater. For convenience, it is best to choose an external circulating water system. The wastewater after sterilization can be discharged directly to the sewer for centralized treatment. Therefore, the countertop where the sterilizer is placed must be clear during decoration. Drainage holes should be drilled and drainage pipes should be provided to lead to contaminated areas. If you are considering starting a planting business or a clinic with a large business volume, reserve a water supply (tap water) pipeline in the sterilization area so that you do not need to remodel it after the clinic is renovated when you choose a faster water-cooled sterilizer. The oil injection machine and drying require an air source, so when piping is discharged, an air source pipe must be discharged to the disinfection room. The size and noise of the ultrasonic cleaner should also be considered. There are no special requirements for other balers and distilled water machines, except that the number of sockets must be considered.
